Aerospace Talks
Our University has hosted the Aerospace Talks event organized by DASA Defense, Aviation and Space Association. Academicians, representatives of public and private companies and students attended the event as audience. Our Faculty Dean Prof. Nevsan ŞENGİL and Chairman of DASA Board Rafet YAVUZ made the opening speech of the event. In addition, Turkish Technic General Manager Advisor Halil Tokel, Konya Technical University Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences Geomatic Engineering Deparment Head Prof. Muzaffer Kahveci, Head of Aviation and Space Law Commission Attorney Nazlı Can, and Retired Colonel Assoc. Prof. Osman Yalçın attended as speakers. Mr. Tokel, Mr. Kahveci, Mrs. Can, and Mr. Yalçın gave their speeches with titles "Overview of Aircraft Maintenance Systems in Aviation", "The Importance of Positioning and Navigation Systems in Satellites for GNSS and Turkey", "Cyber Security of Positioning Systems with Satellites", and "State and Private Enterprise Initiatives in the Air War Industry and the F-16 Project in the Renationalization Process", respectively.
